Let's imagine you want to find conversations with your client "Company X" which allow you to win the deal.

Why ? To have an overview of your sales cycle and come back on each key moment.

What to do :

  1. Clear all your filters

  2. Go on "Account and Contact" and type the name of the account. Here "Company X" but it will depends on how you've register it on your CRM.

  3. Go on "Deal status" and select "Closed won" (or the term choose in your organization)

  4. FYI : If you only select an account and not a deal status you'll have all conversation even those after the closing for example followups.

  5. Let's go ✌️
