Let's imagine you have a negotiation coming with your client "Mr X" and but you don't remembrer 100% prices discussed before.
What to do :
Go to "Explore" page
Clear all your filters
Go on "Account and Contact" and type the name "Mr X" or the account name.
(it will depends on how you've register it in your CRM)Add word search filter and type "price" or word related to your search
Add the word and apply filtre
TA -DAM every conversation were the word price was said are now available ✨
The + : when you enter on a call moments where "price" were said are highlighted and you can directly listen to them.
