Follow the steps below:
1. Access your GSuite Admin Home page and select Applications from the Google Admin console
2. Select Google Workplace
3. Tick Google Agenda
4. Untick “Make Google the default video conferencing provider when available”
Rest assured that by doing so, Google Meet isn't disabled (You are just enabling Zoom to be an extra Video Conferencing tool for your Google calendar).
5. Finally, install Zoom for all users in the Google Marketplace.
