🚨Prerequisite:

You must have the Admin rights in your Google workspace.

How does it work?

Google Meet offers the option to record meetings. When meetings are recorded, they will be stored in the meeting's host Google Drive. When the meeting ends, after a certain delay:

  • The recording is uploaded by Google in a dedicated folder (in the user's Google Drive)

  • It is linked to the corresponding Google Calendar event

  • Every hour, Modjo watches the Google Calendar events of Modjo users who gave access to their Google account

  • If a meeting with an attached recording is found, it will be automatically imported into Modjo

=> Therefore, in order for your google meetings to be automatically imported, you must possess a Google business plan which offers the option to record your meetings.

Google Workspace offers subscription options for individuals, small businesses, large organizations and educational institutions.

  • Google Business Starter: Professional productivity suite with 30GB of storage per user without the recording option

  • Google Business Standard: enhanced productivity suite with 2TB of shared storage per user including the recording option

  • Google Business Plus: advanced productivity suite with 5TB of shared storage per user including the recording option

De facto, if you've subscribed to the Google Business Starter plan, make sure to switch for either Google Business Standard or Google Business Plus (see screenshots below)

1. Admin Console

2. Facturation - Billing

3. Abonnements - Subscription

4. Changer - Switch
