  2. Click on the Help and Support tab at the bottom left of the screen

  3. Click on Chat

  4. Choose the path "I have a question" for instant answers via our AI assistant

  5. If needed, you'll be connected with a support team member

  • Human support: business days, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM (Paris time)

Service Level Agreement
