Zendesk

Configure your Zendesk integration in order for your contacts, accounts, opportunities and calls' details to be synchronized with Modjo

Updated over 10 months ago

How does it work?

Modjo binds with Zendesk CRM allowing to:

  • Find your Zendesk contacts and accounts related to your calls, and display them within the platform.

  • Log the call activity in Zendesk Support

=> If the call was already logged by the phone provider (ex: Aircall), then we just add Modjo's call details in the existing ticket.

=> If the call wasn't logged yet, a new call ticket with the call activity is created.

  • Display the comments, topics and tags related to the call right into the Zendesk ticket

🚨Prerequisite:

You must have the Admin rights in both Zendesk and Modjo. If so, follow the quick and easy steps described in the video or text below:

⏱️ Duration time: 5' on average

Step 1: Grant us access to Zendesk via OAuth

  • Log in Modjo

  • Go to Settings => Integrations => CRM

  • Below the Zendesk icon, click on Connect

  • A form should appear. Enter your Zendesk subdomain (e.g. for "modjo.zendesk.com" enter "modjo"). Save, then click on the link displayed.

  • You should be redirected to a Zendesk login page in order to log in with your regular Zendesk credentials

  • Once you've logged in, you should be redirected back to Modjo.

Step 2: Bind Zendesk to Modjo

Once step 1 is achieved, you should be automatically redirected to Settings => Integrations => CRM

  • Below All integrations, you should see Zendesk. Click to expand the section.

  • Afterwards, in the User tab, bind each and every Modjo user to his Zendesk's user access. Good to know: you can use the Auto-match button to let Modjo link your users based on email matching.

  • Click Save

  • You're all set! ✅
