Configure your Sellsy integration in order for your contacts, accounts, opportunities and calls' details to be synchronized with Modjo

How does it work?

Modjo binds with Sellsy CRM allowing to:

  • Find your Sellsy contacts, accounts and deals related to your calls in order to import and display them within the platform.

  • Make sure the calls were logged in Sellsy as a "call activity" in the contact/account/opportunity timeline. If the call was already logged by the phone provider (ex: Aircall), we'll solely add the link to the call in Modjo. In the event that the call wasn't logged, Modjo adds the call activity (with a few extra details) as well as a link to the call.

  • Display within Sellsy's calls' activities the comments made on their corresponding calls in Modjo.

🚨 Prerequisite:

You must have the Admin rights in both Sellsy and Modjo. If so, follow the quick and easy steps described below:

Step 1: Grant us access to Sellsy via OAuth

  • Log in Modjo

  • Go to Settings => Integrations => CRM

  • Below Sellsy icon, click on Connect

  • You should be redirected to a Sellsy login page in order log in with your regular Sellsy credentials. Once you've logged in, you should be redirected back to Modjo.

  • Afterwards, in the User tab, bind each and every Modjo user to his Sellsy's user access. Good to know: you can use the Auto-match button to let Modjo link your users based on email matching.

  • Click Save

Step 2: Bind Sellsy to Modjo

  • Go to Settings => Users

  • Check the users' list and make sure that a Sellsy logo is displayed in the CRM tab. If your users have the same email address for both Modjo and Sellsy, then we probably did it right! 😊 Otherwise, you might have to do it by yourself manually

For such users:

  • Click on the user, click on the Sellsy panel => proceed to the email association

  • Click Save
