Call Reviews: How to access them and track your team's progress

This article guides you on how to easily access and utilize call reviews within the platform.

Updated over 5 months ago

By leveraging the power of call reviews and analytics, you can:

  • Identify top performers and best practices.

  • Pinpoint areas for improvement and provide targeted coaching.

  • Track the impact of your coaching efforts over time.

  • Improve overall team performance and drive revenue growth.

Let's detail how to do so.

I. Accessing Call Reviews: Two Easy Methods

Instantly find the call reviews you need, whether you're looking for specific feedback or analyzing overall trends.

Method 1: Pinpoint Precision with the Search Bar

  1. Navigate to the search bar in the left panel (or use 'command + K' shortcut).

  2. In the search field, select "Call Review" from the dropdown menu. This will display all calls that have an associated review.

  3. Refine Your Search: Use filters like "is greater than," "is lower than," etc. to narrow down results based on review grades. For example, you can quickly find all calls with a "Coaching Needed" grade.

Method 2: Explore the Big Picture with the Explore Page

  1. Go to the "Explore" section in the platform.

  2. Apply the "Call Review" filter. This filters for all calls that have been reviewed, giving you a comprehensive overview.

You can visualize every call possessing a review by using the search bar and selecting "Call Review". You can also refine your search based on grades using the adequate filters "is greater", "is lower" and so on (see video below):

II. Track Team Progress and Identify Coaching Opportunities

Go beyond individual calls and gain valuable insights into your team's overall performance with the Analytics dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the "Analytics" section and select the "Reviews" tab. This provides a centralized view of all call reviews within your organization.

  2. Utilize Powerful Filters:

    • Reviews received/Reviews written: Analyze feedback given and received by specific team members.

    • Team, User, Tag, Deal Stage, Deal Status, and Template: Dive deeper into performance trends based on specific criteria. For example, you can analyze reviews for a specific team, deal stage, or even a particular call script template.

  3. Visualize Performance Over Time:

    • The interactive graph allows you to track the evolution of call review grades and volume.

    • Toggle between "Grade" and "Volume" to understand performance trends and identify areas for improvement.

    • View data for individual team members or review templates to pinpoint coaching opportunities.
