How it works
Create an AI call scoring template: from the settings menu, create (or update) an AI call scoring template based on what you want to assess in the calls of your teams (for example, you could want to assess how your BDR team performs against the BANT methodology). See here for detailed walkthrough in template creation. Note: only managers and admin in Modjo can create AI call scoring templates
AI Analysis: After each call, Modjo’s AI looks at the template rules, analyzes the call and give a score to the call based on how well the methodology was followed by the Sales Representative.
At scale analysis: from the AI call scores tab of the analytics feature, check the overall performance of your team for a specific template and identify where to focus your coaching efforts. ****
In-call deep dive: from the call details page, you can see each call’s score along with the AI justifications explaining this score.

You must be a Modjo Administrator/Manager
You must have enabled the Modjo AI on your organisation
