Getting Started: Click on the AI Insights tab in your Modjo left menu to begin exploring.
1. How to Use AI Insights
Pre-requisite to use the feature:
you must use the following CRM : Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics
Modjo AI must be activated. More info here
Step 1: Select a Topic
Choose from the following default topics:
Objections: Identify common objections and how they impact deals.
Product Feedback: Discover what clients and prospects think about your offerings.
Competition Insights: Analyze mentions of competitors and their context.
With each interaction (call or email), Modjo AI extracts key information on these three topics to provide you with valuable insights.
Step 2: Apply Filters
Customize your analysis by applying filters such as:
Time Period: Define the range for your analysis (e.g., last quarter, current month).
CRM Dimensions: Segment your analysis by deal size, industry, region, product etc.
If you add new fields from your CRM, the calculation may take a few extra seconds before the results page becomes accessible.
💡 You can also filter by deal status to conduct a win/loss analysis on your deals.
Step 3: Review Results
Once the data is processed, you’ll see:
A summary graph highlighting the top 5 categories.
You can group your graph by different time period (day, week, month, quarter) and by number of mentions or number of deals.
A table with detailed insights, including the number of mentions and deal impacts and a resume of the topic.
Step 4: Deep Dive with the AI chat
Click the “Deep dive” button to refine your queries and get detailed answers.

2. FAQ
What types of data does AI Insights analyze?
AI Insights processes call/meeting transcripts and emails to identify trends, objections, and feedback. It does not analyze CRM information.
What happens if there isn’t enough data?
If your scope has fewer than 10 mentions for the top 3, a disclaimer will appear. You can still view results but should interpret them cautiously.
Can I customize the default AI topics?
No, currently only the following three topics are available: objections, product feedback, and competition. These were the topics most requested by our users. However, you can customize your analysis using your CRM dimensions to focus on specific segments. For example, you could analyze product feedback in Germany for the automotive industry on your latest product launch.
How can I correct misspelled competitor names?
Hover over the competitor's name in the results table and click the three dots that appear to add it to the custom vocabulary. When a new term is added, the calculation will restart, and subcategories in the analysis will be merged if necessary.
