B. Connecting your CRM

Modjo Deals integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and HubSpot. Here’s what you need to know for a smooth integration:

  • CRM objects: Use only the "Opportunity" object in Salesforce or the "Deal" object in HubSpot.

  • Deal synchronization: Only deals from users with both a Modjo and Salesforce/HubSpot license are synchronized.

2. Accessing Modjo Deals

A. There are two ways to access Modjo Deals:

  • Main menu: Click on the "Deals" tab in the Modjo main menu.

  • Search bar: Search for a specific deal using the Modjo search bar.

B. Navigating Modjo Deals

  • Deals list page: This is your central dashboard. Here, you can view all the deals imported from your CRM, and filter them by user, team, deal stage, close date, and more.

    • Forecast categories: Deals are grouped by forecast category (e.g., commit, best case, most likely).This data comes from your CRM, if the field is completed by your sales rep.

    • Deal status: Deals are also classified by status (open, closed won, closed lost).

    • Search: Use the search bar to find deals by name.

    • Share view: Click “Copy Link” to share a specific view with your team.

C. Deal detail page:

Access in-depth information about a specific deal. You’ll find:

  • CRM information,

  • Interaction timelines (calls, meetings, emails),

  • Modjo AI warnings,

  • A power map with contact roles and objections,

  • The ability to ask our AI chatbot any questions about the deal.
