How to create an agent

From the Agents menu

  • Click on the Agents page in your menu, then on "Create a new agent":

From a call

  • Click on the Ask Modjo AI tab, which is usually open by default.

  • Click on "@ Add agent" then Create my agent. You can:

Define the agent's elements

    • The agent's main objective

    • The desired output format (list, paragraph, table)

    • Specific elements to search for or extract

    • Constraints and limits to respect

  • Select the Modjo data sources your agent will have access to. Currently, available sources include Modjo sources:

    • Call transcriptions: full text of recorded conversations

    • Conversation metadata: information about participants, duration, date

    • Deal information: data related to commercial opportunities associated with conversations

    • Contact data: information about contacts participating in conversations

  • Click Publish in the top right corner of the screen

  • The agent is created and becomes available in your library.

Add an agent to favorites

  • Before publishing the agent, you have the option to add the agent to a Favorites list. You can choose to add this agent to favorites for:

    • You only

    • Certain teams (for admins and managers only)

    • All users (for admins and managers only)

    • Nobody

Adding an agent to favorites allows you to control the display of available agents from Ask Modjo AI on your call pages.

  • Click Confirm

  • The agent is created and becomes available in your library.

  • Once the modifications are done, click Publish changes in the top right corner of the screen

How to clone an agent

The "Clone" feature in the top right of the edit menu allows you to duplicate an existing agent if you want to reuse its prompt for another agent :

How to delete an agent

  • From the "Agents" page, hover over the desired agent with your mouse and click on the three dots

  • Choose Delete

  • Click on Delete agent

Important: this action is irreversible and is only accessible to admins and managers.

Using Your Agent on Your Conversations

To use your newly created agent on other conversations:

  • Open another call page

  • Go to the Ask Modjo AI tab

  • Select your agent from the list of available agents

  • Ask your question and click the blue arrow or press the Enter key on your keyboard

Best Practices

Prompting

  • Be specific: the more precise your instructions, the better the results

  • Provide examples: include examples of the expected output format

  • Define the context: specify the agent's role ("You are an assistant...", "You must...")

  • Limit the scope: focus each agent on a specific task rather than multiple ones

  • Add constraints: specify what the agent should NOT do if relevant

Naming and Organization

  • Use descriptive names that reflect the agent's function

  • Include the team name or use case if the agent is specific

  • Create multiple specialized agents rather than an "all-in-one" agent
