2. How It Works
Templates: Your admin or manager creates (or updates) an AI CRM filling template to specify what information should be extracted from calls and where it should go in the CRM.
AI Analysis: After each call, Modjo’s AI looks at the template rules, extracts relevant details, and populates them into the correct CRM field(s).
Automatic or Manual Push: Depending on the synchronization settings:
Automatic: data is pushed to the CRM without any extra steps for the rep.
Manual: reps quickly review, edit if needed, and send to CRM with one click.

Setting Up AI CRM Filling
1. Activate the Feature
If AI CRM filling is not activated for your organization, contact your Modjo representative or admin. Once activated, your admin can set up one or more templates.
2. Create or Edit Templates
Admin and managers roles on Modjo can configure AI CRM filling templates under Settings > AI CRM Filling. They can start from scratch or from a predefined use case. Each template covers:
Teams & Tags (which calls to target)
Field Selection (which CRM fields to fill)
Prompts (instructions for the AI)
Testing (try prompts on real calls)
Synchronizing Options (automatic or manual push, overwriting existing CRM data or not)
3. After Your Calls
When a call finishes, the AI automatically applies any matching template(s).
If the field is auto-sync, you’re done and you will find your fields filled in your CRM!
If it’s manual, you’ll see a quick review screen (or receive a notification) so you can confirm or edit the suggestions before sending them to the CRM.
