Filtering Calls to find what you need
To streamline your search, utilize the following filters available on the Calls Page:
CRM: View calls associated with specific accounts, opportunities, contacts or leads.
Team(s): Quickly access calls made by specific teams
User(s): Zero in on calls made by individual team members.
Tag(s): Leverage your pre-defined tags to find calls related to specific topics, outcomes, or stages in the sales cycle.
Call Review: Filter for calls that have been reviewed, are pending review, or require specific actions.
Call Title: Search for calls based on their descriptive titles.
Call Duration: Find calls within a specific length, ideal for identifying quick wins or in-depth conversations.
Language: Filter calls based on the language spoken.
Provider: Isolate calls made through specific telephony providers.
Topic: Surface calls where specific themes were discussed.
Keyword Search: Search for calls containing specific words or phrases mentioned during the conversation.
Save Time with Custom Views
Do you frequently find yourself applying the same set of filters? Create a custom view to save your search criteria and access it with a single click.
Create a View: After applying your desired filters, click "Save as a view" and give your view a descriptive name.
Access Your Views: Your saved views are conveniently located at the top left of the Calls page.
Edit and Update: Easily modify your saved views as needed to reflect evolving priorities or search criteria.
