Are you about to log into Modjo for the first time, or have you forgotten your password? Follow these steps to easily access your account.
1. First login to Modjo
If this is your first time on Modjo, here’s how to proceed:
Go to the Modjo login page.
Click on "First time" to start the authentication process.
Select your login method:
Google Meet or Microsoft Teams: If your company uses one of these services, you can log in directly with your work account.
Other video or phone providers: In this case, you will need to create a password to access Modjo.
2. Resetting your password
If you’ve forgotten your password or would like to change it, follow these steps:
On the login page, click on "Reset Password".
🚨 You can log in using your Google or Microsoft account, or enter your email address and password directly.
Enter your professional email address and click on "Reset".
You will receive a reset email with a link to modify your password.
💡 Can’t find the email?
Check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder.
You are logged in via SSO (Google/Microsoft), which explains the absence of reset emails.
Open the email and click on the link to set a new secure password.
Once your password is reset, you’ll be able to log into Modjo and fully enjoy its features.
