This guide will show you how to share calls publicly or privately, maximizing their value for your team and your deals.

Why Share Your Calls?

1. Public Sharing (For Prospects & Customers)

Ideal for sharing recordings with prospects and customers, providing them with a valuable recap of your conversation.

  • Step 1: Click the "Share" button on the call recording.

  • Step 2: Select "Anyone with the link" and choose whether to include the call summary for added context.

  • Step 3: Share the link directly to your contact, via Slack, or embed it on a webpage using the iframe code. Learn more

  • Step 4 : First-time viewers will be asked to enter their email address, allowing you to track engagement and gather valuable lead information. You can disable these notifications in your personal Settings > Notifications.


As an admin, you can ensure the calls shared out of your organisation remain relevant and secure by setting a maximum availability time for sharing links. Learn more

2. Private Sharing (For Internal Use)

Perfect for sharing calls securely within your organization for training, coaching, and internal review.

  • Step 1: Click the "Share" button on the call recording.

  • Step 2: Select "Only Modjo users" to restrict access to your team.

  • Step 3: Share the link directly or via Slack for easy access.
