The new Ask Anything feature from Modjo transforms call management by providing sales teams with instant and accurate answers about their phone interactions.

Powered by AI, Ask Anything analyzes call conversations in real-time, allowing you to quickly access essential information about a call directly within the Modjo platform.

I. Benefits of Ask Anything

II. How to Use Ask Anything on a Call

A) Private Call

  • Navigate to a Call: Open any call in your Modjo Calls list.

  • Open the Ask Anything Chat: Click on the "Ask Anything" button.

  • Use Suggested Questions: Click on the suggested questions by navigating through the carousel, based on the context of your call.

  • Or Ask Your Own Question: Type your question about the call, just as you would with a colleague. You can ask any question.

  • Get Your Answer: Modjo's AI analyzes the call transcripts and provides you with a concise and accurate answer in seconds. You can ask more questions to refine the answer.

  • Ask a New Question: Ask a new question from scratch by clicking on the Refresh button, at the top of the side panel.

B) Public Call

When sharing a call with a prospect, Modjo offers the flexibility to enhance the experience by including a call summary and enabling the Ask Anything feature. Before generating the shareable link, you can opt to display a concise summary that highlights the key points of the conversation, providing your prospect with a clear overview.

Can I ask questions in a language other than English?

Yes, you can use the language of your choice, and the answers will be provided in the same language.

What data are the answers based on?

Ask Anything relies on the call transcript. The answers are strictly based on phone conversations and do not include CRM information for example.

Can I access the history of questions asked?

Currently, the history of questions asked is not retained, but this feature might be considered in the future.
