Effectively set up and import your first calls and meetings on Modjo.

Updated over a week ago

This guide will walk you through the steps to import your first calls or meetings on the platform. Follow these steps to ensure everything works correctly.

1. Import your first meeting

Before importing a meeting or call, it is crucial to ensure your tools are properly connected and configured.

A. For a Video Conference with Zoom:

  • Check the Zoom integration: Ensure that you have correctly followed all the steps for Zoom integration, and then verify that the "Connected ✅ " status appears in the "Settings" > "Profile" section.

  • Schedule a meeting: Organize your meeting and make sure that at least one external participant, with a different domain name from your company, accepts the invitation. This is necessary for the video call to be recorded.

  • Start of recording: If your Zoom account is properly configured, the meeting recording will start automatically at the beginning of the session, with a notification to inform you.

  • Recording verification and minimum duration: Ensure that the call has been recorded and that the minimum duration required for import into Modjo has been met (check the details with your administrator).

  • Import to Modjo: Approximately 30 minutes after the meeting ends, the recording will be automatically imported into Modjo.

💡 If, despite these checks, your call has not been imported into Modjo, please refer to this article.

B. For a Video Conference with Modjo Recorder (Gmeet & Microsoft Teams):

  • Set up the Modjo Recorder: Ensure you have configured the Modjo Recorder correctly by following this setup guide.

  • Organize your first meeting (Real or fictional):

    • Schedule the meeting at least 30 minutes in advance.

    • Add at least one external participant to your organization (use an email with a different domain name).

    • Ensure the event is properly linked to your Modjo calendar.

  • Presence of the Modjo Recorder: Check for the presence of the bot at the beginning of your meeting. It should automatically integrate. (Make sure to accept it.)

  • Recording verification and minimum duration: Ensure the call was recorded and that the minimum duration required for import into Modjo has been met (check the details with your administrator).

  • Quick import: Your call will appear in Modjo about 15 minutes after the call ends.

💡 If your meeting was not imported, make sure you meet the import criteria mentioned in this article.
