What is it?
The Modjo extension is a plug-in that extends your sales engagement beyond the Modjo platform. The extension allows you to automatically launch the recording of your calls alongside your Modjo Notes!
🚨Important: If you were using our previous Chrome extension, make sure to uninstall it before downloading this one.
I. Install the Modjo extension for your teammates
🚨Prerequisite: You must be a Google administrator
Start by downloading the extension here
Pin your extension to your home page
Go to your Google admin portal (admin.google.com)
Go to the folder Chrome => Users & browsers
From that point on, you have three options:
a) Installing the Modjo extension for your whole organization
b) Installing the Modjo extension solely for a dedicated group that you've created (e.g. a group encompassing your sales reps)
c) Installing the Modjo extension individually => invite your user to check out this article
A) Install the Modjo Extension for your whole organization
Here is the video with the detailed steps :
Click on Organizational Units
Find Modjo Extension and click on Allow install
Click once more on Allow install to change this setting for Force install + pin to browser toolbar
Save ✅
B) Install the Modjo Auto Recording extension for a group
Here is the video with the detailed steps :
Click on Groups
Select the desired group
Click on the + icon and then Add from Chrome Web Store
Find Modjo Extension and select it
Click on Allow install
Finally click on force install + pin to browser toolbar
Save ✅
