  • AI Insights for All: Initially available for Hubspot and Salesforce users only, AI Insights will soon be accessible without any CRM restrictions. AI Insights helps you identifying key objections, understand competition dynamics and get precious product feedbacks at glance.

  • AI CRM Filling Analytics: You will be able to access key insights from AI CRM Filling usage across your company at any time. These metrics will help you take informed, strategic decisions.

  • Quick Actions on Meetings: From the new homepage, you will be able to access key insights to prepare upcoming meetings and boost your closing chances after past ones — all in one click.

  • Ask Anything V2: Quickly access your recent questions and navigate with improved clarity. A more intuitive Ask Anything experience.

  • After Call Email : We’re revamping the email you receive after each call as an admin. With a fresh new design and improved clarity, this email will bring all the value of Modjo straight to your inbox: Email Follow-up, Ask Anything, Summary, and next steps of your call - all in one place, all actionable.

  • Log Meeting in CRM: We’ll improve CRM sync by introducing a dedicated “Meeting” object, separate from calls — reducing duplicates and keeping your CRM cleaner.

  • Collecting Consent: You will be able to activate an option to display a consent screen before each video meeting, allowing participants to opt in or out of being recorded.

July 2025

  • Modjo Mobile Recorder: You can now record your in-person meetings in one click with our mobile app. Your recordings – along with key insights – are synced automatically to your desktop app, just like your remote calls.

    Now available in Beta.

  • Lightning call processing: Your transcripts are now available twice as fast — in under 5 minutes, for all calls and meetings from Aircall, Ringover, API and manual imports.

  • Call Storage Control: You can now choose to store only a portion of your call recordings and transcripts to comply with GDPR & labor laws. All transcripts are still analyzed, so you continue to get the full value from Modjo.

  • Call x CRM association: You can now associate your call with a contact, account, or opportunity directly from the playback page when no association has been made yet.

June 2025

  • Customizing the Call Date display on AI CRM Filling: You have now the option to choose whether or not the call date should appear for text fields in AI CRM Filling, for a better readability of information in your CRM.

    Available for Salesforce & HubSpot users.

  • Quality improvement on AI CRM Filling: Thanks to an upgrade in the model used for AI CRM Filling (from GPT-4o Mini to Gemini 2.5 Flash), you’ll now benefit from significantly better output quality, especially in complex cases.

  • Help Bot: Available in our Help & Support section, Help Bot is now able to answer all your support questions and save you a tour on our Help Center.

  • New Homepage: The Homepage design has been improved so you can benefit from a smoother navigation within Modjo and get an easier access to Modjo's key features. You get actionable insights directly from the Homepage.

  • AI Call Scoring V2: With the revamped AI Call Scoring, you can now enjoy a simplified template creation that leverages top performers’ sales methods and a more accurate AI score.

  • OKTA SSO: You can now set-up Okta SSO for an easier authentication on Modjo.

  • Cloudfare SSO: You can now set-up Cloudfare SSO for an easier authentication on Modjo.

  • Disable password security: You can restrict the way your users log in to Modjo by allowing them to use only SSO methods (Google, Microsoft, or Okta). This ensures that your users do not share their email and password with individuals outside your organization.


March 2025

  • AI Insights: Access actionable insights extracted from call and meeting transcripts within turnkey dashboards. AI Insights helps you identifying key objections, understand competition dynamics and get precious product feedbacks at glance.

  • Ask Anything about your Account: You can now use Ask Anything at the account level to get insights in real-time. You can use any language, and the answers will be provided in the same language.

  • Five9 Integration: You can now connect your phone provider Five9 with Modjo.


February 2025

  • New template creation flow for AI CRM Filling: You can now access an optimized funnel for CRM filling template creation, and a library to help you build & test your prompt.

    Available for Salesforce & HubSpot users.

  • Push more objects with AI CRM Filling: You can fill CRM fields in almost any object in your CRM - including custom ones. They just have to be linked to an Account, Lead, Contact or Deal.

    Available for Salesforce & HubSpot users.

  • Custom Recording Mode: You can now choose the recording mode when setting up bots, allowing you to tailor recordings based on your specific needs. By default, Speaker View is enabled (focuses on the active speaker and dynamically switches as different participants speak).

  • Deal Stage Pipelines: Deal stages are now associated with specific pipelines, providing you with a more structured and contextual view of deals.

    Available for HubSpot & Microsoft Dynamics users.


January 2025

  • New onboarding funnel for Modjo Deals: To support you in getting started with Modjo Deals and configuring it, we have created a step-by-step funnel.

  • Call association with the CRM via the contact: You can now associate an unknown contact to the CRM via a simple and smooth search. This is also available for contacts without email nor phone number.

  • Modjo Webhooks: Webhooks allow you to receive real-time updates whenever key events happen in Modjo. Now, you can easily configure and manage your webhooks directly within the app under Settings > Integrations.

  • Modjo API: You can now generate and manage your API keys directly in the app under Settings > Integrations.

  • JustCall Integration: You can now connect your phone provider JustCall with Modjo.
