Customize the notifications you get to make sure you don't miss any important updates.
To manage your notifications:
Go to Personal Settings.
Click on Notifications.
Notification Categories:
You can customize notifications for the following categories:
Comments: Stay updated on comments made on calls, snippets, and other relevant items.
Live Notes: Receive notifications about real-time notes taken during calls via Modjo extension.
Others: This category includes notifications about call imports, AI insights, AI CRM filling and more.
Choosing your delivery method:
For each notification type within these categories, you can choose to receive alerts via:
Email: Notifications delivered straight to your inbox.
Slack: Notifications sent directly to you via Modjo slack application
Simply check the box next to your preferred delivery method for each notification type.
Important Notes:
Call Import Notifications: To receive a notification when your call is imported into Modjo, you must be the host of the meeting.
Snippet Download Reminders: The notification reminding you that a snippet is ready for download will remain active for three months. After this period, the snippet will no longer be downloadable.
