In order to correctly function, Modjo needs for the user who did the integration, to have a security profile with the following scopes
Additionally the user doing the integration must have a Dynamics Sales / CRM license
⏱️ Duration time: 20' on average
1. Go to the power platform admin center: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/home
2. Click on “Environments”
3. Click on your environment, or the environment that contains the Dynamics 365 Sales App
Note: Your environment will have a different name than showed here
4. Go to “Security roles”
5. Create a new role
6. Put “ModjoSecurityRole” in the role name, and select your business unit, then click save
7. You will now find yourself on the page that shows the permissions given to this new role
You can use the search bar to find the appropriate tables for which you will need to give permissions
For instance, in the screenshot below you can see that we are filtering for the contact table
You can edit the permission for an column / action (Create, Read, …), and set the scope for that action (User, Organization, None, …)

8. Go back to Environments > “YOUR_ENVIRONMENT” > Users, and then click on “Manage security roles” for the user who is going to do the integration
9. Find the security profile that you created in step 7, select it, and then click on “Save”
