Dynamics

Configure your Dynamics integration in order for your contacts, accounts, opportunities and calls' details to be synchronized with Modjo

Updated over a week ago

How does it work?

Modjo binds with Dynamics allowing to:

  • Identify and import Dynamics contacts, accounts, and opportunities associated with calls, and present them on the platform.

  • Automatically record calls as "phone calls" or "appointments" in Dynamics, depending on the type of call (phone or VoIP).

  • Log the calls in the timeline of the respective contact, account, or opportunity.

  • In instances where the call has already been logged in the CRM through a phone tool such as Aircall, Modjo will simply add a link to the call in the activity (phone call / appointment).

  • In cases where the call has not been recorded, Modjo will create an activity with relevant details and a link to the call.

  • Facilitate the display of comments made on corresponding calls in Modjo within the Dynamics activities.

🚨 Prerequisite:

Vous devez avoir les droits d'administrateur dans Dynamics ainsi qu'une licence Dynamics 365 Sales.
