Ringover

Follow the steps described in this article in order for your Ringover calls to be automatically imported into Modjo

Updated over 3 months ago

🚨 Prerequisite:

Please check that you have Admin rights in both Ringover and Modjo. If so, follow the quick steps described below:

⏱️ Duration time: 10' on average

Step 1: Create an API key

  • Name it Modjo

  • Give it all read access permissions

  • Then copy the API Key and save it for Step 3

Step 2: Make sure recordings are enabled in Ringover

  • Follows steps in the Ringover doc to activate call recordings in Ringover

Step 3: Add Modjo to your Ringover webhooks

Step 4: Set your Ringover Key and associate users in Modjo

  • In Modjo, go to Settings => Integrations

  • Find Ringover and click Connect

  • A form appears (scroll up if you don't see it). In the API Key field, paste the API Key you created during Step 1.

    • Afterwards, in the User tab, bind each and every Modjo user to his Ringover's user access.

    • Good to know: you can use the Auto-match button to let Modjo link your users based on email matching.

    • Click Save

    • You're all set! ✅

*Keep in mind that Modjo solely import calls containing interactions as an algorithm excludes voicemails and very short calls.
*If you wish to update the minimum call duration for import, get in touch with your Modjo contact.

Congratulations! 🙌

Once you've achieved these quick steps, your integration is turning active! Now, let’s give it a try by making your first call!

💡Good to know: calls are automatically imported every 10-30’ on average.

Optional: Remove the webhook

Once you've churned make sure to remove modjo from the ringover webhook
