1. How does it work?
The integration works through a simple URL redirection, linking the deal ID from your CRM to the corresponding ID in Modjo. Here are the steps to configure this feature:
Create a Custom URL field: In your CRM, add a new custom field for your opportunities (or accounts) to store URLs. Name this field something descriptive, like "Modjo Deal Link."
Construct the URL: Use the following structure to generate the URL in the new custom field. Replace the placeholders with your specific information:
https://app.modjo.ai/[CRM]/deal/[CRM_DEAL_ID]
[CRM]: Enter the name of your CRM platform (e.g., salesforce, hubspot).
[CRM_DEAL_ID]: This should dynamically pull in the unique Deal ID from your CRM. The exact method for doing this will vary depending on your CRM.
Example: For a Salesforce deal with ID "006IV00000C7Qa2YAF", the URL would be:
https://app.modjo.ai/salesforce/deal/006IV00000C7Qa2YAF
Test the Link: Once the field is set up, add a test deal and click the generated link. It should take you directly to the corresponding deal within Modjo.
