Supercharge your pipe review process with Modjo Deals' new quick access feature! Now you can seamlessly jump from your CRM or data visualization tool directly to the relevant Modjo Deaxl, saving you valuable time and effort.


I. How does it work ?

This integration uses a simple URL redirect based on your CRM's Deal ID to connect you to the corresponding Modjo Deal ID.

Here's how to set it up:

  1. Create a Custom URL Field: In your CRM, create a new custom field for your Deals (or Accounts) that accepts URLs. You can name this field anything descriptive, like "Modjo Deal Link".

  2. Construct the URL: Use the following URL structure within your new custom field, replacing the bracketed placeholders with your specific information:

    https://app.modjo.ai/[CRM]/deal/[CRM_DEAL_ID]

    • [CRM]: Enter the name of your CRM platform (e.g., salesforce, hubspot).

    • [CRM_DEAL_ID]: This should dynamically pull in the unique Deal ID from your CRM. The exact method for doing this will vary depending on your CRM.

    Example: For a Salesforce deal with ID "006IV00000C7Qa2YAF", the URL would be: https://app.modjo.ai/salesforce/deal/006IV00000C7Qa2YAF

  3. Test the Link: Once the field is set up, add a test deal and click the generated link. It should take you directly to the corresponding deal within Modjo.

II. Where to Display the Modjo Deal Link

Maximize the impact of this integration by strategically placing the new "Modjo Deal Link" field:

  • Deal Page Layout: Include it directly on your Deal page layout for easy access during individual deal reviews.

  • Account Page Layout: Add it to your Account page layout to quickly access deals associated with a specific account.

  • Pipeline Views & Lists: Enhance your pipeline inspection by adding the "Modjo Deal Link" as a column in your list views. This allows for quick jumps to Modjo while analyzing your pipeline.

  • Data Visualization Tools: Integrate the link into your data visualization dashboards for a comprehensive view of deal progress alongside call insights from Modjo.
