The Modjo Deals Weekly Summary is a powerful feature designed to enhance pipeline review sessions by providing comprehensive insights into your deals.

This tool aims to make Modjo an essential resource for managers during pipeline reviews, helping them prioritize their pipeline, identify high-risk deals, and gain valuable insights each week.

1. Understanding your weekly summary email

A) For sales, owners of deals (simple users on Modjo):

Every Monday at 8 am, you will receive a digest email/slack notification containing for your views created on Modjo Deals (see here more details on views):

  • Pipeline Overview: The total amount of your open pipeline and your open pipeline at risk.

  • Top 4 Deals with Warnings: A detailed list of the top 4 deals with warnings, including all warning details.

B) For managers/admins:

Every Monday at 8 am, you will receive a digest email/slack notification containing for each views created on Modjo Deals (see here more details on views):

  • Pipeline overview: The total amount of your open pipeline, with the filters applied on your view, and the pipeline at risk.

  • Top 4 deals with warnings: A detailed list of the top 4 deals with warnings, including all warning details.

  • Overview of open pipeline at risk, for each salesperson (deal owner) : A detailed list of deals at risk, ranked by sales (deal owner).

2. Managing your notification preferences

A) Access notification settings

B) Subscribing to the Modjo Deals weekly summary

  • All of your Deal Views will appear with options to subscribe or unsubscribe for email or Slack notifications.

  • New views you create on Modjo Deals will automatically appear in your notification center, where you can manage your subscription settings.

  • 💡 When a new manager/admin is added to Modjo, views are automatically generated for all teams they belong to. By default, the manager will be subscribed to email and Slack summaries for these views.

  • 💡 New users with a recording license and CRM integration, a filtered view of their own deals is automatically created in Modjo Deals.

C) Setup your warnings

By default, the following warnings are set for all organizations:

  • No interaction on the deal for 30 days or more.

  • No next meeting planned.

  • All interactions are with the same contact for 21 days or more.

3. FAQ

What happens if there are no alerts on a deal?

The email will still be sent, but it will indicate that there are no at-risk deals for review.

Why am I receiving multiple weekly summaries?

You receive summaries based on your Modjo Deals views. If you have created multiple views, you’ll receive separate summaries for each one. Additionally, if you’re an admin/manager on multiple teams, an automatic view is generated for each team, resulting in multiple summary notifications.

How can I unsubscribe from the weekly summary?

Manage your subscription preferences in the Modjo notification center to control which summaries you receive.
