Physical Meeting Registration Guide.

This feature revolutionizes your team by allowing you to capture and analyze all sales conversations, whether they are online or in person, to extract valuable information.

1. Start Recording:

  • On computer or mobile: Go to the Modjo web application.

  • Click on "Record" to start the audio recording.

  • Mobile: Start through your Modjo calendar to pre-fill meeting information.

  • Microphone: Grant access to your microphone if needed.

  • Red button: Click on the button to record your voice.

2. Manage Recording:

  • Pause/Resume: Pause the recording and resume it at any time.

  • Automatic Stop: Closing your computer will stop the recording.

  • Warnings: An alert will appear after 2 hours to check if you want to continue.

3. Upload Recording:

  • Finish: Click on "Stop" to save the recording.

  • Call information: Fill in or verify the details of the call (host, participants, timestamp).

  • Tags: Add tags to facilitate future searches.

  • Upload: Confirm to process and save the recording. (This may take a few minutes).

4. Access Your Recording:

  • Notifications: You will be notified when the recording is ready.

  • Access all your recordings through the Modjo web application.

Important Notes:

  • Internet Connection: Required to start and download recordings.

  • Modjo License: Feature reserved for users with a license that includes recording capabilities.

  • Microphone Access: Grant access through the website's settings.

Troubleshooting:

  • Registration problem: Check microphone access in your browser.

  • Slow download: Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  • Interrupted download: Resume the download later through the Modjo web application.
