Modjo records your video conferences on Microsoft Teams and Google Meet using a bot, the Modjo Recorder, which automatically integrates into your meetings. This bot joins meetings as a participant, capturing both audio and video, then imports the recording into Modjo within less than 5 minutes after the session ends.
Meetings or video conferences are automatically detected in the calendar of users who have a recording license.

2. How to activate Modjo x Microsoft Teams?
A. Activate Microsoft Teams recording in Modjo (admin section)
💡 If you were using the previous version of the Modjo x Microsoft Teams integration and wish to switch to the new Microsoft Teams integration, simply follow the steps below. The disconnection from the old integration will be done automatically.
To activate Microsoft Teams recording in Modjo:
Go to Settings and then Integrations in Modjo.
Locate Microsoft Teams (Recommended) and click on Connect.
Select the option Enable Microsoft Teams recording via the bot.
B. Allow the Recorder to participate in your Teams meetings
Special case: The Modjo Recorder, as an external participant without a Microsoft Teams account, may be blocked by some organizations’ settings on Teams.
To resolve this, adjust the settings to allow anonymous access to meetings.
By following these steps, you ensure that the Modjo Recorder can participate in your Microsoft Teams meetings without restriction.
C. Grant calendar access (user section)
Once users are connected to Modjo, they must grant access to their calendar. Modjo then integrates with Google Calendar or Outlook, displaying upcoming meetings and providing quick access to information from past meetings.

💡 To check which users have granted access to their calendar, go to the Integrations section and select the Microsoft Teams integration. If a user's name is accompanied by the calendar logo, it indicates that they are connected. Otherwise, you can ask them to connect by following this path: Settings > Profile > Connect Microsoft Teams.
