2. Generate a follow-up email
Record your call: Once your call is recorded on Modjo, a "Generate Email" option will appear in the call details.
Click on "Generate Email": Modjo instantly creates an email draft based on the conversation and your default template.
Customize and send: Edit, format, or delete parts of the email. Adjust the tone, language, length, or instructions in the left sidebar. When you're satisfied, copy/paste the email into your email tool and send it.
💡 Pro Tip: Save your preferred settings as a new template for even faster email generation next time.
3. Customize your email template
In the call details, select the most appropriate template using the dropdown menu (all templates created by your team will be displayed). To set a default template:
Click on the three-dot menu next to your chosen template, then select "Set as Default."
Modjo will automatically apply it as the default for each email generation.
