Modjo provides an effective default template to help you get started quickly. However, the real benefit of this tool lies in creating custom templates tailored to your unique sales process and communication style.
1. Review your email templates
Go to the settings of your Modjo account.
Click on the "AI Email Follow-Up" tab.
Browse the list of all available templates, including the default template and those customized by you and your team.
2. Create a new email template
Click on the "Add a template" button.
Give it a clear title.
Select the language, tone, and length of the email.
Write a clear and concise instruction to guide the AI in creating the email content. You can even add examples of emails you like.
Choose whether or not to include a link to the call recording for your prospect.
Test and publish: test your template on a real call, make the necessary adjustments, and then click on "Publish".
3. Edit and manage your templates
On the settings page, you will find all the templates, whether they are drafts or published, created by you and your colleagues. All published templates will be accessible in the call details.
Edit: click on a template to adjust its title, instructions, language, or sharing settings.
Publish/Unpublish: control the availability of your templates.
Set as default: choose a template that will be automatically applied whenever you want to generate an email after a call.
Delete: remove outdated templates.
4. Tips for creating an effective email template
Keep the instructions for the AI clear and specific.
Test different templates to find the one that works best for your sales process.
Set your most frequently used template as the default template.
Share best practices and the most effective templates with your team.
