Using AI CRM Filling after your calls

Updating your CRM can often be time-consuming, especially for salespeople. Fortunately, with AI, this task becomes much simpler. Thanks to the AI CRM Filling feature, you can now gain efficiency and accuracy after each call.

Discover how to make the most of this feature in a few simple steps.

💡 AI CRM Filling is compatible with Salesforce and Hubspot CRM.

When setting-up a template, your manager or administrator can choose for each field if it should be automatically pushed to the CRM after each call, or manually validated by the team players. This article will explain what you'll see based on these two options !

1. Content is automatically pushed to CRM

A. Access AI suggestions

By Notifications:

After each call, you will receive a notification via your preferred tool (Modjo, Slack, Email) containing AI-generated suggestions for updating your CRM. Simply click on the notification to review the recommendations.

Within your CRM :

If you're manager or admin has enabled the automatic push of crm fields, you can directly find the content in your crm field.

Directly in your Modjo app:

In your call details, you will find AI information already logged and present in the CRM info box of your sidebar.

2. Content needs to be validated by the user

A. Access AI suggestions

By Notifications:

After each call, you will receive a notification via your preferred tool (Modjo, Slack, Email) containing AI-generated suggestions for updating your CRM. Simply click on the notification to review the recommendations.

Within your CRM :

If you're manager or admin has enabled the automatic push of crm fields, you can directly find the content in your crm field.

Directly in your Modjo app:

From your homepage or the "Explore" section in the Modjo app, you will find AI suggestions for each call where a template has been applied.

You then have two options:

  • Speed: Click the dedicated button to send the information directly to your CRM in seconds, without needing to open the call.

  • Accuracy: You can choose to review the AI suggestions in the context of the call by clicking on it to access its content.

B. Review and modify the suggestions

To adjust or validate the AI suggestions, follow these steps:

  • Select the call you wish to review.

  • A sidebar will appear with content suggestions for each CRM field configured for that type of call.

  • For each field, you will see:

    • The field name

    • The type of CRM entity it refers to (Account, Opportunity, Contact, Lead)

    • The AI suggestion based on the conversation

Review the suggestions:

  • If the suggestion is correct, you can leave it as is.

  • If it requires adjustments, click on the field and edit the information.

  • If a suggestion is incorrect or irrelevant, you can delete it or uncheck the box to avoid sending it to the CRM.

C. Send the information to your CRM in one click

Once the suggestions are reviewed, simply click on "Send to Salesforce" to update your CRM. In less than a minute, your notes will be securely saved, and you will receive a confirmation.

You can then review the sent information from the "CRM Information" section of the call.
