The Five9 integration with Modjo allows you to automatically sync your Five9 calls into Modjo.
🚨 Prerequisites: Before starting the integration, make sure you have:
A Five9 Supervisor account with enough permissions.
Administrator access to your Modjo account.

1. Set up the Five9 Integration with Modjo
A. Set Up Five9
Ensure that the Supervisor account has enough permissions.
Required permissions are
User can access Supervisor application
User can execute Web API requests
User can view user details
User can view agent data
User can review voice recordings
User can monitor calls
User can view station data
User can view campaign details
User can manage data fields
Ensure that the Supervisor account can access the agents who will use Modjo.
B. Access Modjo Integrations
Log in to your Modjo account
Navigate to the integrations page.
C. Select the Five9 Integration
Search for "Five9" in the list of available integrations.
Click on the corresponding panel to proceed with the configuration.
D. Enter your Supervisor credentials
Fill out the form with the details of your supervisor account:
Username
Password
Region
E. Save your configuration
Click on "Save" to finalize the setup.
F. Link Modjo Users to Five9 agents
Navigate to the Users tab in Modjo.
Map each Modjo user to their corresponding Five9 agent to ensure proper call association.
Your integration is now live. You’re ready to start by making your first call.
After completing the setup, make a test call to confirm that everything is working as expected.
