Connect Modjo to JustCall to efficiently synchronize your calls.

The integration of JustCall with Modjo allows you to synchronize your calls and enhance your sales tracking. Here are the steps to quickly and effectively configure this integration.

Step 1: Find Your API Key and Secret

To get started, follow these simple steps to locate your API credentials (API Key and Secret) in your JustCall account:

  • Login: Sign in to your JustCall account to access your dashboard.

  • Settings: Click on the profile icon and navigate to the "Settings" tab.

  • Developers: In the left-hand panel, click on the "Developers" section.

  • Retrieve Credentials: Click the copy button next to the API Key and API Secret fields to copy these credentials and store them securely.

Step 2: Link Modjo to JustCall

Once you have retrieved your API credentials, here’s how to use them to connect Modjo to JustCall:

  • Access Integration Settings:

    • In Modjo, go to the "All Integrations" section.

    • Find the JustCall integration and click to view its settings.

    • Fill in the "API Key" and "API Secret" fields with the credentials you copied in the previous step.

  • Link Users:

    • In the "Users" tab, link each Modjo user to their JustCall user account.

💡 Tip: You can use the "Auto-Link" button to let Modjo associate users based on their email addresses.

  • Save Changes: Click the "Save" button to finalize the configuration.

Once the integration is configured, all your calls made via JustCall will be automatically synchronized with Modjo.
