🚨 Prerequisite:
Ensure you have Admin rights in Modjo and at least Supervisor rights in Apizee. If confirmed, proceed with the steps outlined below.
⏱️ Duration time: 5' on average
Step 1: Grant Modjo access to Apizee via admin credentials
In Modjo, go to Settings => Integrations
Find Apizee and click Connect
A form will appear (scroll up if you don’t see it).
Enter the username and password of an Apizee user with Supervisor rights.
Click on Save
Step 2: Bind your Apizee users to Modjo
Go to the Users tab.
Bind each Modjo user to their Apizee account or use the Auto-match button to automatically link users based on their email addresses.
Click on the Save button
💡 Only calls with interactions are imported (voicemail, messaging, and very short calls are excluded).
To modify the minimum call duration for import, please contact your account manager.
Your integration is now active. Go ahead and try it out by making your first call.
