🚨 This article is intended for Modjo administrators and managers only.
You can restrict the way your users log in to Modjo by allowing them to use only Single Sign-On (SSO) methods (Google, Microsoft, or Okta). This ensures that your users do not share their email and password with individuals outside your organization.
1. Activating the disable password login feature
To activate this feature:
Navigate to Settings > Security.
Enable the option "Disable access by password".
2. FAQ
What happens if a user who used to log in with a password can no longer use it because password authentication has been deactivated in the security settings?
When the user enters their email, they will see a specific message informing them of the change, and they will only be able to connect through SSO.
After disabling password login, do we log out every user who shouldn’t be using a password?
No, we do not log them out.
