If you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions below to quickly regain access to your account:
On the login page, enter your email.
After clicking "Continue", you may encounter one of the following options:
You are redirected to your last used identity provider (for example, Google, Microsoft, or another provider). This indicates that you do not have a password saved and will not be able to set one.
This specific page appears, which means that even though you were previously using a password, you will no longer be able to use it and must log in using one of the suggested identity providers. (More information about disabling password access is available here).
If you do have a password, the password input field will appear. If you have forgotten it, click on "Forgot password":
After clicking "Forgot password", you will be redirected to the password reset page.
You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
Open the email and click the link provided to set a new, secure password.
🚨 If you can’t find the email, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder.
Once your password is reset, you will be able to log in to Modjo and fully enjoy its features.
