How Modjo sends information to your CRM

After identifying CRM entities (primary contact, deal/opportunity, account/organization, owner), Modjo automatically synchronizes the call to your CRM.

Updated this week

Purpose of this synchronization: Automatically enrich your CRM with all call information (AI summary, notes, tags) without manual entry. Your teams and managers have a complete view of your customer interactions directly in their daily tool.

Synchronization steps:

  • Search for an existing activity (to avoid duplicates)

  • Create OR update the activity (call/meeting)

  • Send enriched content (summary, notes, call link)
