There is no transcription in my call
If you're unable to visualize the transcription of a call, the following message will be displayed:
"⚡️ Start listening to this call while it's being transcribed ⚡️ "
=> You can manually import your call in order to figure that out.
If the manual import didn't solve the issue, it means that the audio format wasn't good enough to be transcribed thoroughly
There is no topic in my call
There are two reasons for this:
No subject was identified during your call.
The identified words may differ from what was actually said due to our algorithm, which transcribes the call first before processing it into natural language.
There could be various factors that could explain this situation, such as audio quality or the speaker's accent.
For instance, if a participant pronounced the name "Thomas" very slowly or if there was a faulty audio connection, our algorithm may interpret it as "Tom as".
As a result, if you have set "Thomas" as the subject, Modjo will not be able to detect it.
