๐Ÿšจ Prerequisite:

Please check that you have Admin rights in both Fuze and Modjo. If so, follow the quick steps described below:

โฑ๏ธ Duration time: 5' on average

Step 1: Grant us access to Fuze

First and foremost, Modjo must have access to your Fuze API.

  • You must generate an API Bearer Token in your Fuze Hub.

Make sure you add these permissions:

  • call_recordings_read.

  • organizations_read.

  • calls_read.

For more informations, you can visit Fuze documentation here.

Step 2: Connect Fuze to Modjo

Go to Settings => Integrations

Click Connect below Fuze logo

  • Scroll up and fill Fuze form => Enter your API Token generated in Fuze.

  • Click Save โœ…

Well done! Modjo is now plugged ๐Ÿ”Œ to Fuze! A new tab User appears and it will be useful for the following step.

Step 3: Bind your Fuze users to Modjo

In the User tab, bind each and every Modjo user to his Fuze's user access. Good to know: you can use the Auto-match button to let Modjo link your users based on email matching.

  • Click Save

  • You're all set! โœ…

Congratulations! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Once you have completed these quick steps, your integration is turning active! Now, letโ€™s give it a try by making your first call!
