How does it work?
Modjo connects to your Keyyo SFTP server and tries to obtains both your call logs and voice recordings each hour.
šØ Prerequisites: Please check that:
You have admin rights in both Keyyo and Modjo
If so, follow the quick steps described below:
ā±ļø Duration time: 5' on average
Step 1: Grant us access to Keyyo
In Modjo, Go to Organization settings => Integrations
Find Keyyo and click on Connect
Fill in your Keyyo credentials
Click on Authorize

At this point, you'll be redirected to Modjo
=> Click on Keyyo
ā
ā
Click on Configuration and enter your SFTP Username & SFTP Password
(you can retrieve them by following the instructions of this Keyyo article at bottom of the page)
Click on Link your account ā
Keep in mind that Modjo solely import calls containing interactions as an algorithm excludes voicemails and very short calls (shorter or equal to 2').
*If you wish to update the minimum call duration for import, get in touch with your Modjo contact.
