Afterwards, in the User tab, bind each and every Modjo user to his Microsoft's user access.
Good to know: you can use the Auto-match button to let Modjo link your users based on email matching.
Click Save
You're all set! โ
How does it work?
Microsoft Teams offers the option to record meetings. Once a recorded meeting ends (and after a certain delay), the latter is uploaded by Microsoft Teams right in the Host's recording folder.
Each and every hour, Modjo will automatically import the meetings present in the Teams' recording folder of the user if the latter granted access to it.
Thanks to the calendar invite, we'll manage to match meetings' attendees with CRM contacts whenever possible.
Each user must grant us access to:
His recording folder (in order for Modjo to download the recording)
His calendar (in order for Modjo to retrieve informations regards to the meetings' attendees)
Congratulations! ๐
Once you have completed these steps, your integration is turning active! Now, letโs give it a try by making your first call!
๐กGood to know: calls are automatically imported every hour on average.
