For each Zoom Phone user:

  • Click on the user

    1. Go to Policy tab

    2. Scroll down to Automatic call recording

      1. Turn it on

      2. Choose to activate it for either Inbound calls, Outbound calls or both

      3. Choose whether you want to enable an audio prompt which will be played for each and every of your calls' attendees when the recording begins or not.
Please be aware that if you choose to disable the audio prompt, you have the legal responsibility to inform your calls' attendees that they are recorded.

  • Click Save

  • You're all set ✅ !

Congratulations! 🙌

Once you have completed these steps, your integration is turning active! Now, let’s give it a try by making your first call!
