🚨 Prerequisite:

Please check that you have Admin rights in both Cloudtalk and Modjo. If so, follow the quick steps described below:

⏱️ Duration time: 5' on average

Step 1: Create an API key

  1. Go to your Cloudtalk account settings

  2. Select Api Key tabs

  3. Click on Add Api Key (it might occur that "nothing" happens. If so, refresh the page and a new line should appear)

  4. Click on the button "Show" present in the newly created line.

  5. Then copy both the ACCESS KEY ID and the ACCESS KEY SECRET and save them for Step 3

Step 2: Make sure recordings are activated in Cloudtalk

  • Follows the steps described in the dedicated Cloudtalk documentation in order to enable call recordings in Cloudtalk.

Step 3: Set your Cloudtalk Key and associate users in Modjo

  • In Modjo, go to the heading "Settings" > Integrations

  • Find Cloudtalk and click on Connect

  • A form appears (see screenshot below). In both the ACCESS KEY ID and the ACCESS KEY SECRET fields paste the keys you created during Step 1.

  • Click on the Save button

  • Afterwards, in the User tab, make sure to bind each and every Modjo user to his Cloudtalk access (you can click on the Auto-match button in order to let Modjo link the users based on email matching).

  • Click Save

*Good to know: Keep in mind that we solely import calls containing interactions (An algorithm excludes voicemail, messaging and very short calls).

*If you wish to update the minimum call duration for import, get in touch with your Modjo contact.

Congratulations! 🙌

Once these quick steps have been completed, your integration is turning active! Now, let’s give it a try by making your first call!

💡Good to know: calls are automatically imported every hour on average.
