Understand how your Modjo Notes are synchronized right through your CRM in order to be more efficient

Find in this article how your Modjo Notes synchronize with your CRM to be even more effective.

I At the beginning of the meeting

Automatic association with CRM

(Only for Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics)

When using the Modjo Notes with phone providers (see supported list below), it will be automatically launched at the beginning of the call while being associated with the right contact, account, opportunity, or lead found within the CRM in few seconds.

With video conferencing tools, the Modjo Notes will be launched at the beginning of the meeting and rely on your calendar events in Google or Microsoft Outlook to make the association.

II During the meeting

Modjo Notes templates CRM fields

Are you looking to automatically log notes from your Modjo Notes templates into your CRM? The Modjo Notes support Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive, so you're in the right place!

Once you've decided to use a Modjo Notes template containing CRM fields, you'll need to associate it to the corresponding CRM entity (Account, Deal, Contact, or Lead (for Salesforce only). Once that's done, your notes will be logged into the CRM field of your choice in few seconds.

III After the meeting

A) Log in task activity

For every CRM your live notes will be automatically logged into your call task activity alongside the related tags, topics, and other comments of the given call (see example below)

B) Log in Notes' section

For Salesforce, HubSpot & Pipedrive CRMs, you can choose to log your live notes into the "Notes" heading of both Deals and Accounts in order to retrieve them quicker (see example below)

Prerequisite: you must be a modjo administrator in order to enable this function.

  • Go to Settings

  • In the Configuration tab, tick:

    • the Account box if you're aiming to log your live notes in the "Account" section of your CRM

    • the Deal box if you're willing to log your live notes in your "Deals" (or opportunities) section of your CRM

  • Click Save

C) Log in custom field

You have the ability to log notes into custom fields. This is useful when using certain templates which have been set up to use custom fields.
