Stay on top of everything that matters in Modjo by customizing the notifications you receive. Whether it’s AI insights, call comments, or real-time notes, you decide what you want to be alerted about and how.
1. Accessing Your Notification Settings
Go to Personal Settings.
Click on Notifications.
2. Notification categories
You can customize notifications for the following categories:
Comments: Get notified when someone comments on a call, a snippet, or any relevant content.
Modjo Notes: Be alerted when notes are taken in real-time during a call via the Modjo Chrome extension.
Others: Includes alerts related to call import status, AI insights (e.g. CRM filling)
3. Choosing your delivery method
For each notification type within these categories, you can choose to receive alerts via:
Email: Notifications delivered straight to your inbox.
Slack: Notifications sent directly to you via Modjo slack application
Simply check the box next to your preferred delivery method for each notification type.
4. Post-call analysis email
If you were a meeting organizer or participant, you’ll receive an email after the call (depending on your notification settings). This message includes:
A direct link to your call
The AI-generated summary
Suggested next steps
Additional features such as AI email follow-up and Ask Anything
💡 Good to know
If the analysis takes longer than expected, you’ll still receive the email with the available information (max 30 minutes after your call). You can find the full details later on the call page once the analysis is complete.
5. Snippet download reminders
When a snippet is ready for download, you’ll receive a notification. This reminder remains accessible in your notification center for up to 3 months. After this period, the snippet will no longer be downloadable.
By customizing your notifications, you can focus on the most important information while reducing unnecessary noise.
Feel free to adjust your preferences over time to optimize your user experience.
