Starting July 11, 2024, at 6 PM, you will have two different summaries of your meetings available: one timestamped for easy replay of a call, and the other to group all the information in your CRM concisely.

Here are the 2 changes that will be applied by default on Modjo:

  • The current Summary becomes “Highlights”

  • A new summary is created

1. The current Summary becomes “Highlights”

To facilitate and optimize the replay of a call, the current summary becomes “Highlights.” It will still be customizable and timestamped to allow salespeople to prepare for their next client meeting effectively.

⚠️ This Summary will no longer be sent to your CRM starting July 11, 2024, at 6 PM.

2. A new summary is created

To access the core information of client meetings directly from your CRM, Modjo creates a new summary. You will have two options: a concise summary (maximum 100 words) or a longer summary.

⚠️ Starting July 11, 2024, at 6 PM, this new summary will be automatically sent to your CRM by default.

FAQ

Will the categories created previously be retained in “Highlights”?

Yes, your categories will be retained in “Highlights”.

Short or long summary, which one is best suited to my business?

If your sales cycles are more transactional or involve short exchanges, the short summary will be most suitable for your use. However, if your sales cycle is more complex and your exchanges long, opt for the longer summary.
