No more chasing down information or relying on outdated CRM data. With Modjo Ask Anything, you can simply ask a question about a deal and get an immediate, data-driven answer.

I. Here's how it works:

  1. Navigate to a deal: Open any deal in your Modjo Deals dashboard.

  2. Open Ask Anything chat: Click on the "Ask Modjo" button.

  3. Use the suggested questions, depending on your deal maturity : Click on the suggested questions, navigating through the carrousel of different deal maturity level.

  4. Or ask your own question: Type in your question about the deal, just like you would ask a colleague. You can ask anything!

  5. Get your answer: Modjo AI will analyze the call transcripts associated with the deal and provide you with a concise, accurate answer in seconds.

  6. Ask a new question : Click on 'Ask a new question'

💡 Ask anything analyzes up to the last 5 hours of calls associated with a deal to provide you with the most up-to-date information.
If a deal has fewer than 5 hours of calls, all available call data will be analyzed.

Do I have to ask questions in English, or can I ask in another language?

You can use the language you prefer ! The answer will be in the language used.

When answering a question, what's the answer based on?

At the moment, "Ask anything" draws on up to the last 5 hours of calls. It doesn't take into account the emails, the information synced from CRM fields or deal warnings, for example. For best results, we recommend framing your question around what's been discussed in conversations.

Where can I see the questions I've already asked?

At the moment, we don't store the history of questions. But don't hesitate to share us the request!
