Modjo's Ask Anything feature revolutionizes sales management by providing managers and decision-makers with instant, precise answers about their deals.

Using AI, Ask Anything analyzes call conversations and emails content in real time, allowing quick access to essential information on a deal directly within the Modjo platform.

1. Benefits of using Modjo Ask Anything

2. How to Use Ask Anything

  1. Navigate to a deal: Open any deal in your Modjo Deals dashboard.

  2. Open Ask Anything chat: Click on the "Ask Modjo" button.

  3. Use the suggested questions, depending on your deal maturity : Click on the suggested questions, navigating through the carrousel of different deal maturity level.

  4. Or ask your own question: Type in your question about the deal, just like you would ask a colleague. You can ask anything.

  5. Get your answer: Modjo AI will analyze the call transcripts and all the emails associated with the deal and provide you with a concise, accurate answer in seconds.

  6. Ask a new question : Click on 'Ask a new question'

💡 Ask anything analyzes up to the last 16 calls associated and last 8 emails with a deal to provide you with the most up-to-date information.
If a deal has fewer activities, all available call data and emails will be analyzed.

Can I ask questions in a language other than English?
Yes, you can use any language, and the answers will be provided in the same language.

What data are the responses based on?
Ask Anything relies on the last 16 calls and last 8 emails linked to the deal. Responses are based solely on these phone conversations and do not include more data like CRM data.

Can I access the history of questions asked?
Currently, the history of asked questions is not retained, but this feature could be considered for the future.
