Configure your Aircall integration in order for your calls to be automatically imported into Modjo

Updated over 4 months ago

How does it work?

Modjo binds with Aircall to import your calls automatically as well as your Aircall tags (Modjo supports Aircall webhooks).

🚨 Prerequisite:

You must have the Admin rights in both Aircall and Modjo. If so, follow the quick and easy steps described below:

⏱️ Duration time: 5' on average

Video of the process here

Step 1: Create an Aircall API key

  • Go to Aircall Integrations page → API Keys (Clés API 🇫🇷)

  • Click on Generate API key (Générer une clé api 🇫🇷)

  • Copy the API ID & API Token

Step 2: On Modjo side

  1. Click on the Aircall Card

  2. Past the API ID and API Token copied during Step 1

  3. Click on Save.

Step 3: Bind Modjo to Aircall

  • Below All integrations, you should see Aircall => Click to display the integration's settings

  • Afterwards, in the User tab, bind each and every Modjo user to his Aircall's user access.

  • Good to know: you can use the Auto-match button to let Modjo link your users based on email matching.

  • Click Save

Note that you can also manage the association process through Settings => Users. In this case, all you have to do is following the steps below:

  • Go to Settings => Users

  • Check the users' list and make sure that an Aircall logo is displayed in the VOIP tab (see screenshot below). If your users have the same email address for both Modjo and Aircall, then we probably did it right! 😊 Otherwise, you might have to do it by yourself manually

(We can notice above that 4 users are bound to Aircall while 1 isn't).

In the event some users do not possess the Aircall logo:

  • Click on Edit a User (pencil icon at the far-right)

  • Use the dropdown to find and select the concerned user

  • Click Save

💡 Good to know

  • Auto-recording is enabled for each phone number associated with an integrated user between Aircall and Modjo.

  • Auto-recording is enabled when adding a new phone number to a given user within an hour.

*Note that we solely import calls containing interactions as an algorithm excludes voicemails and very short calls.
*If you wish to update the minimum call duration for import, get in touch with your Modjo contact.

Congratulations! 🙌

Once you have completed these quick steps, your integration is turning active! Now, let’s give it a try by making your first call!

💡Good to know: calls are automatically imported every 10-30’ on average.
