Use cases examples:
You are not the organiser of the meeting but you have recorded it
You have recorded a training session
You want to analyse a recorded call prior to its import into Modjo
Step 1: Download your record
Upload your record from the provider's cloud (make sure the file is in either mp3 or mp4 format)
Step 2: Import your record
🚨Prerequisites:
1. You must have an active licence
2. In the contact box you must enter an external contact (If "no options" appears enter either an email address or a phone number)
3. Do not close the page until the message "Uploading call" disappears
Follow the steps in the example below:
💡Good to know: The delay of import equals the length of your call => i.e. for a one hour call, the import time will be about an hour.
*If you use the Recorder Modjo, this criteria does not apply.
