🚨 Prerequisites:
Please check that you have Admin rights in both Demodesk and Modjo.
You possess a Demodesk business plan.
If so, follow the quick steps described below:

Step 1: Obtain your API Key
In order to get your API key, you must reach out to your Modjo contact asking for it.
Meanwhile, please ensure that users use the same email in Modjo as in Demodesk so that recordings can be mapped to the right participants.
Step 2: Demodesk Setup
In order to enable the connection, you must get in touch with Demodesk's team
Add Modjo API key in Demodesk
Add your access key to the integration, which can be found under Settings => Connections. Also please ensure the toggle for "Upload all recordings" is enabled. If you accidentally added an incorrect key, you can simply disconnect and re-connect the integration.
By on or off toggling "Upload all recordings" you can determine whether or not your own recordings will be sent to Modjo.
💡Troubleshooting
Demodesk allows you to track the activities of the integration with Modjo through the page integrations backlog. So whenever something did not work as intended, make sure to track it down via the aforementioned page.
The filter Service allows showing Modjo errors only, which makes it easier to keep an overview. The following reasons might explain your error message:
Modjo user not found: either the user email in Demodesk and Modjo does not match or the user does not have a Modjo account.
